  • Unboxing video required as proof for verification.

  • If the product has a defect due to manufacturing.
  • Video evidence required to validate the claim.
  1. Damaged Product Received
  • If the product arrives in a damaged condition.

How to Return or Cancel an Order?

A) Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Orders for certain categories like same-day or fixed-time delivery items (e.g., cakes and flowers) cannot be canceled once dispatched.

Cancellation After Dispatch:

  • If the order is canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will apply:
  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    • Rs. 75/- for 0–500 gm
    • Rs. 150/- for 500–999 gm
    • Rs. 250/- for 1–2 kg
    • Rs. 250 + Rs. 125 per additional kg for weights above 2 kg
  • International Shipping: Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

B) Damaged Product/Breakage

  • If the product is damaged during transit, email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
  • We will initiate immediate action to resolve the issue.

C) Wrong Product Received

  • If the product delivered does not match your order, notify us immediately via email at [email protected] or through chat support.
  • Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or exchange.
  • Our support team will assist with the return pickup process.

Shipping Charges for Returns (Not Covered Under the Above Reasons)

If the return is not due to damage, defect, or wrong product delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping costs:

  • Domestic Shipping (India):

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated after the successful return pickup and receipt of the item in good condition at our warehouse.
  • Once processed, the refund amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.
